United Kingdom Visa Invitation Letter Requirements
For overseas conference attendees, a United Kingdom entry visa invitation letter will be issued after (A) abstracts have been accepted and (B) registration fee has been paid (registration fee will be returned back with 25% processing deduction, if visa application fails).
Steps to obtain the visa invitation letter:
- Participant need to fill and pay registration fees through online registration system.
- After receiving the payment, NSCJ will email and send the paid registration invoice to the participant.e
- Participant downloads and fills the Visa Request Form, then email it to [email protected]
- NSCJ prepares the invitation letter within 1-3 working days, and sends to the participant for accuracy check up.
- Participant informs NSCJ for accuracy.
- NSCJ posts the track or/and signed letter in mail, and informs the tracking details to the participant in email..mre
- Participant informs NSCJ when he/she receives the letter from post.earning.co.uk
UK Visa invitation letter preparation and postages:
- £29 ePDF-invitation letter without postage
- £39 an invitation letter signed and tracked without guaranteed postage
- £79 an invistation letter with 5 days guaranteed postage
We recommend applying at least 3 months in advance. Any visa invitation letters are requested from 20 May to 10 June 2016, and will be subjected to £79 charge for 5 day guaranteed DHL delivery.
The deadline for requesting a Letter of Invitation is 10 June 2016. For those not registered and paid by 15 June 2016, the issued letter will be cancelled, NSCJ will inform the UK Border Agency that they should not be acepted to obtain the entry visa.

If registration fees have NOT been paid: once your presentation abstract has been accepted, you can request an acceptance letter by email to [email protected] to request an electronic PDF acceptance letter for obtaining fund approval or applying pastport. If you need a sighed/track postage letter, 39GBP will be paid in avdence.
