Biography

Michael Kelly is the Prince Philip Professor of Technology at the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge.

Professor Kelly is a Fellow of the Royal Society, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. He delivered the Closing Lecture "Future Energy Needs and Engineering Reality" (Lecture Abstract), at the 2nd International Symposium on Energy Challenges and Mechanics.

The interview was on 21st August 2014, Aberdeen, Scotland, the United Kingdom after he delivered the Plenary Closing Lecture.
