Guidelines for
Poster Presentation

  1. Unlike an oral presentation, a poster presentation allows viewers to study and revisit your information and discuss it with you one on one. In order to submit a poster, please visit the submission page.

  2. The Best Poster award will be given to the best poster presentation. Note that there will be two options for entry, one for students (including Ph.D. research students) and one for professionals (including post-docs) depending on the job title you entered during the submission. One winner will be selected from each category. The winner in both categories will be selected by the Conference Scientific Committee during the poster session.

  3. You are required to print your poster before the conference and bring it to the registration desk when you arrive.  We will then erect the posters for the poster session at the appropriate time.

  4. If you wish to retain your poster, please inform the information desk so that after the poster session, your poster can be returned to you.

  5. The poster presentations will take place at the poster session in the International Suite of the conference venue, on Tuesday, 7 August 2018, during the welcome reception from 18:30–19:30.

  6. The award winners will be announced during the lunch banquet on Thursday, 9 August 2018.

  7. If you have any questions about the process, please do not hesitate to email
